ผมเป็นลูกค้าประจำของ uniqlo ครับ และชอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ uniqlo มาโดยตลอด แต่ผมมีข้อแนะนำอยากให้ปรับปรุงคือ ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อบ่อยที่สุดคือ boxer (woven trunks) และปัญหาที่ผมพบคือ 2 ครั้งแล้วที่ boxer (woven trunks) ที่ผมซื้อมา มีขนาดของขา 2 ข้าง ไม่เท่ากัน ซึ่ง ผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดชั้นใน ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนได้ จึงอยากแนะนำให้ทาง uniqlo ช่วยปรับปรุงการ QC ของสินค้าด้วยครับ เพื่อให้ uniqlo ยังเป็น brand ที่ผมให้ความไว้วางใจต่อไปครับ
