หากผู้ว่าจ้างผิดนัดไม่ชำระค่าจ้างตา

หากผู้ว่าจ้างผิดนัดไม่ชำระค่าจ้างตามสัญญาข้อนี้ไม่ว่างวดใดก็ตามผู้รับจ้างมีสิทธิ์บอกเลิกสัญญาฉบับนี้ได้ทันที และถ้ามีความเสียหายอันเกิดจากการจ้าง ผู้ว่าจ้างยอมรับผิดชอบชดใช้ค่าเสียหายนั้นให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างด้วย
