ที่มาของโครงงาน : เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาหารไทยอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของความเป็นไทย ที่ซึ่งควรรักษาไว้ ดังนั้นสมาชิกมีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่าควรจัดทำเรื่องอาหารไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จัก แพร่หลายให้คนในอาเซี่ยนได้รูจักอาหารซึ้งมีรสชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ อีกทั้งยังได้ช่วยอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมที่มีตั้งแต่ในอดีตจวบจนปัจจุบันให้คงอยู่ต่อไปในภายภาคหน้า
