โครงงานเรื่อง สบู่สมุนไพรใบสาบเสือเป็นการศึกษาสรรพคุณของพืชสมุนไพรที่มีอยู่ในท้องถิ่น ซึ่งพบว่า ใบสาบเสือมีสรรพคุณช่วยยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของเชื้อแบคทีเรียและช่วยป้องกันการเกิดรอยแผลเป็น คณะผู้จักทำจึงมีความคิดริเริ่มที่จะทำสบู่สมุนไพรใบสาบเสือ โดยนำใบสาบเสือมาสกัดและนำมาเป็นส่วนผสมในการทำสบู่ และได้มีการแจกให้คนในชุมชนทดลองใช้แล้วกรอกใบประเมินเกี่ยวกับสบู่สมุนไพรใบสาบเสือ ผลการสำรวจพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในผลิตภัณฑ์สบู่สมุนไพรใบสาบเสือ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48 เปอร์เซ็นต์
