ความเป็นมาของโครงการ

มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ได้ลงนามความร่วมมือกับ Hokkaido Information University ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2551 และได้มีการดำเนินกิจกรรมการประกวดการออกแบบเว็บไซต์มาอย่างต่อเนื่องทุกๆปีตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2552, 2553 และ 2554 สำหรับปี พ.ศ. 2555 นี้ ทาง Hokkaido Information University เสนอรูปแบบการประกวดใหม่โดยให้สร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างนักศึกษาของทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัยมากยิ่งขึ้น และเพิ่มเติมทักษะการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ผ่านการจัดการอบรมจากทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัย รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมของทั้งสองประเทศ เพื่อสนองตอบนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ในการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม การพัฒนานักศึกษา การติดต่อสื่อสารโดยใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ และการสร้างความร่วมมือระดับอุดมศึกษาทางวิชาการกับองค์กรต่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล จึงจัดโครงการอบรมและประกวดการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ 2555 (Web Design Contest 2012) ร่วมกับ Hokkaido Information University (HIU) เพื่อทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม โดยจัดพานักศึกษาญี่ปุ่นชมสถานที่ที่แสดงถึงศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย ในขณะที่นักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีผู้ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้ชมศิลปวัฒนธรรมของญี่ปุ่น ณ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โครงการนี้มีการอบรมทักษะด้านการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ชั้นสูงโดยการอบรมใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเนื่องจากผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมเป็นนักศึกษาไทยและญี่ปุ่น จึงถือเป็นการส่งเสริมการสื่อสารโดยใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ และพัฒนานักศึกษาด้านภาษา กิจกรรมในโครงการนี้จัดเป็นกิจกรรมที่อยู่ภายใต้ความร่วมมือ (Memorandum of Understanding, MOU) ในการพัฒนาบุคลากร การแลกเปลี่ยนอาจารย์และนักศึกษา และการสร้างโอกาสของนักศึกษาในการเดินทางไปหาประสบการณ์ในต่างประเทศ

วัตถุประสงค์

1. เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจระหว่างสองวัฒนธรรม และสร้างมิตรภาพระหว่างนักศึกษา คณาจารย์และบุคลากรระหว่างสองมหาวิทยาลัย

2. ยกระดับขีดความสามารถด้านความสัมพันธ์กับมหาวิทยาลัยและหน่วยงานต่างประเทศ

3. เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนานักศึกษา ด้านการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาต่างประเทศ และทักษะการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ชั้นสูง ระหว่าง Hokkaido Information University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น กับมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

4. เพื่อให้ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ได้ร่วมหารือและเยี่ยมชม รวมทั้งร่วมอภิปรายแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ของ Hokkaido Information University

กิจกรรมการดำเนินงาน

1 วิธีการ
1.1 จัดการประชาสัมพันธ์ รับสมัครนักศึกษา พิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวน 10 คน
1.2 ประสานงานกับคณาจารย์ที่ Hokkaido Information University
1.3 จัดทำเนื้อหาการฝึกอบรม กำหนดแผนการฝึกอบรมจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ เอกสารประกอบการอบรม
1.4 ดำเนินงานโครงการอบรมตามแผนกำหนดการ ในหัวข้อทักษะการจัดทำเว็บไซต์ชั้นสูง และฝึกปฏิบัติให้นักศึกษาจากทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัยทำงานเป็นทีมในการออกแบบเว็บไซต์เพื่อเข้าประกวด
1.5 นำนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการเดินทางไปยัง Hokkaido Information University เพื่อเข้าอบรมและออกแบบเว็บไซต์เพื่อเข้าประกวด
1.6 นักศึกษาจาก Hokkaido Information University ศึกษาดูงานศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย และตัดสินผลการประกวดในวันสุดท้าย
1.7 ประเมินผลที่ได้เมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการ
