หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

4. จัดตั้งข่ายติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินต่างๆ ตามความจำเป็น

การปฏิบัติ
1. จัดส่งผู้แทนไปยังศูนย์สั่งการและจัดตั้งข่ายติดต่อสื่อสารเพื่อใช้ติดต่อกับศูนย์ปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉิน
2. จัดส่งผู้แทนไปยังศูนย์ปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินเพื่อควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานตามปกติของ ท่าอากาศยาน
3. เป็นผู้เปลี่ยนแปลง และตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานฉุกเฉินและปฏิบัติงานตามปกติของท่าอากาศยานหากมีเหตุจำเป็น
4. จัดตั้งข่ายการติดต่อสื่อสารเพื่อใช้กับผู้อำนวยการท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติเชียงใหม่ ที่ประจำอยู่ ณ ศูนย์สั่งการและจัดยานพาหนะพร้อมพนักงานเพื่อเตรียมให้การสนับสนุน
5. จัดการแถลงข่าวอย่างเป็นทางการต่อสาธารณะชน โดยดำเนินการร่วมกับบริษัทการบิน ที่เกี่ยวข้องและคณะกรรมการสอบสวนอันเกี่ยวกับอุบัติเหตุของอากาศยานในราชอาณาจักร

9. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยราชการ และหน่วยรักษาความปลอดภัยทุกหน่วยเพื่อปฏิบัติ ตามระเบียบการรักษาความปลอดภัย
10. ดำเนินการเคลื่อนย้ายอากาศยาน หรือซากอากาศยานที่กำหนดไว้ในบทที่ 2 ข้อ 2.1ของแผนฉบับนี้
11. เก็บรักษาบันทึกการแถลงข่าวต่อสื่อมวลชนทั้งหมด และรวบรวมรายงานการปฏิบัติของหน่วยเกี่ยวข้องต่างๆ เพื่อประกอบการทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติทั้งหมด
12. เรียกประชุมหน่วยเกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเพื่อร่วมกันทบทวนเหตุการณ์ และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานทั้งนี้ เพื่อนำไปประกอบการพิจารณาแก้ไขปรับปรุงแผนฉุกเฉินและแจกจ่ายแผนที่แก้ไขใหม่แล้วให้แก่หน่วยงานเกี่ยวข้องต่อไป
