สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2557 ระหว่าง นายดำ กับ บริษัทแดงจำกัน ในตำแหน่งงานผู้ดูแลวัด โดยที่คู่สัญญาฉบับนี้ได้ตกลงที่จะมีนิติสัมพันธ์เชิงผู้จ้างและผู้รับจ้างระหว่างกัน และเพื่อตอบแทนคำมั่นและคำรับรองต่างๆ ที่ให้แก่กันไว้ในสัญญาฉบับนี้ คู่สัญญาจึงได้ตกลงกันไว้ดังต่อไปนี้
การจ้างงาน
1. วัดพระศรีมหากาลีตกลงรับนายดำทำงานในวัดเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยทางวัดจะไม่สามารถเลิกว่าจ้างนายดำ หากยังไม่ครบระยะเวลา 1 ปี ยกเว้นพราหมณ์จะกระทำผิดกฏระเบียบร้ายแรงของทางวัด คือ
- ยักยอกหรือขโมยทรัพย์สินของวัด
- เรียกร้องเงินจากผู้ศรัทธาที่มาไหว้หรือมาทำพิธีในวัด
- รับงานทำพิธีด้วยตัวเองโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทางวัดทราบ
2. เมื่อพราหมณ์ทำงานครบ 1 ปี หากทั้งสองฝ่ายพอใจที่จะร่วมงานกันต่อ จึงจะมีการต่อสัญญาว่าจ้างต่อไปแบบปีต่อปี
3. ในระยะเวลา 1 ปี พราหมณ์จะได้รับเงินเดือนๆละ 15,000 บาท และจะมีการพิจราณาเพิ่มเงินเดือนหลังจากผ่านการทำงานครบ 1 ปี
4. พราหมณ์จะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฏและข้อบังคับของทางวัดอย่างเคร่งครัด ซึ่งได้ระบุไว้แนบท้ายสัญญา
5. สวัสดิการ
- ทางวัดจะเป็นผู้จัดเตรียมวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการประกอบอาหารให้แก่พรหมณ์
- ของใช้ส่วนตัว ทางวัดจะเป็นผู้จัดเตรียมให้ตามความเหมาะสม
