โครงการ ระบบการแจ้งข่าวสารและกิจกรรมของนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต มีจุดมุ่งหมายคือเพื่อศึกษาถึงความต้องการและพฤติกรรมการแจ้งข่าวสารข้อมูลการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ที่ได้รับจากมหาวิทยาลัยและรุ่นพี่ โดยแจ้งผ่านระบบ Admin เพื่อกระจายข่าวสารได้อย่างทั่วถึง และผู้ใช้ระบบยังสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นผ่านเว็บบอร์ด และเพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลให้มีประสิทธิภาพและมีความชัดเจนในการแจ้งข่าวสารแก่นิสิตมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งในปัจจุบันการเรียนรู้ภายในห้องเรียนเพียงอย่างเดียว จึงไม่อาจพัฒนานิสิตโดยรอบด้านได้ซึ่งกิจกรรมนิสิตจะเป็นส่วนช่วยเสริม เติม เต็ม เพื่อให้นิสิตได้เกิดการเรียนรู้ที่จะคิดสร้างสรรค์กิจกรรมตามความชอบ ความสนใจ และความถนัดของตนเอง ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้นิสิตได้รับทักษะและพัฒนาการทางบุคลิกภาพในด้านต่าง ๆ จึงได้สร้างระบบนี้มาเพื่อแจ้งข่าวสารและกิจกรรมของนิสิตให้สะดวกต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา
