เราพยายามจัดเตรียมสินค้าอย่างดีที่สุด อาจจะมีบ้างที่พบสินค้าสกปรก เราไม่สามารถตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าได้100%บางครั้งเรามองว่าสินค้าไม่ได้สกปรกแต่ทางสาขาอาจจะมองเห็นว่าสกปรก เรื่องกล่องสินค้าเราใส่ให้ทุกกล่องอยู่แล้วแต่สภาพกล่องอาจจะไม่ได้เหมือนกับสินค้าใหม่ อันนี้ต้องเข้าใจว่ามันเป็นสินค้าเก่าที่ไปงาน SPC หลายครั้งแล้ว ในความคิดฉันบางครั้งเราก็ควรช่วยกันในเรื่องนี้บ้าง หากสาขาพบสินค้าสกปรกก็สามารถแยกออกได้และจัดส่งคืนมาที่คลังสินค้า เนื่องจากทุกเดือนสาขาก็มีการส่งสินค้าสกปรก/ชำรุดกลับครั้งสินค้าอยู่แล้วเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง
