1. ทาง VARINBEE ขอยืนยันราคางานตกแต่งภายใน ตามรายละเอียดใบเสนอราคา ลว.19 MARCH 2015 ราคาสุทธิ คือ 9,470,000.-บาท ( เก้าล้านสี่แสนเจ็ดหมื่นบาทถ้วน )ราคาได้รวมค่า CREATIVE FEE แล้ว แต่ยังไม่รวม ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
2. รายการที่ไม่รวมในราคา 9,470,000.-บาท ( เก้าล้านสี่แสนเจ็ดหมื่นบาทถ้วน )

1. งานสายเมนไฟฟ้า กับตู้ MAIN MDB ของอาคารเดิมต้องเปลี่ยนใหม่ เนื่องจากระบบไฟฟ้า ตามแบบ
INTERIOR ที่มีระบบแอร์เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องนั้นทำให้ใช้กระแสไฟมากกว่า MDB เดิมของอาคารในส่วน
MAID BREAKER MDB เดิม ของอาคารจะต้องเปลี่ยนนั้นหมายถึงจะต้องเปลี่ยนสายเมนจากเสาไฟฟ้า

เนื่องจากหลังจากติดตั้งแล้วเสร็จ จะมีระบบ SERVICE ถ้าผ่าน ทาง MAIN CONSTRUCT แล้วจะตามไป . . SERVICEจะทำให้ช้า คือต้องตามผ่านผู้รับเหมา แต่ผู้รับเหมาแอร์จจะต้องทำตามแบบ INTERIOR
ที่ได้ DESIGN ไว้เท่านั้นสรุป คือ งานระบบ AIR ให้ทาง OWNER จัดหา และจัดจ้าง

3. ระยะเวลาดำเนินการตกแต่ง
ทาง VARINBEE จะเริ่มงานตกแต่งได้ ณ วันที่ 28 เมษายน 2558 เป็นต้นไป ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 120 วัน
