ขั้นตอนการส่งออกหลักๆมี4ขั้นตอน

2) ผู้ส่งออก/ตัวแทนออกของ นำสินค้าไปที่ท่าเรือ หรือสนามบินที่จะส่งสินค้าออกไปนอกประเทศ และแจ้งเลขที่ใบขนส่งสินค้าหรือใบกำกับการขนย้ายสินค้าต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากร เพื่อตัดบัญชีใบกำกับ และส่งปล่อยสินค้าให้บรรทุกขึ้นอากาศยานในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของกรมศุลกากร
3) ผู้ส่งออก/ตัวแทนออกของ ได้รับข้อมูลรับรองการออกใบขนส่งสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัตโนมัติ เมื่อระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของศุลกากรได้รับรายงานอากาศยานออกพร้อมบัญชีสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จากสายการบิน
