พระมหาธรรมราชาที่ ๔ หรือ บรมปาล หรือ พระยาบาลเมือง หรือ พระเจ้าสุริยวงศ์บรมปาลมหาธรรมราชา เป็นกษัตริย์องค์สุดท้ายของราชวงศ์พระร่วงที่ครองกรุงสุโขทัย เป็นช่วงตกต่ำของสุโขทัย ทรงเป็นพระโอรสพระมหาธรรมราชาที่ ๓ ครองราชย์ในช่วง พ.ศ. ๑๙๖๒-๑๙๘๙ และประทับที่เมืองพิษณุโลก

พระยาบาลเมืองจึงได้รับอภิเษกให้ครองกรุงสุโขทัยในฐานะประเทศราชของกรุงศรีอยุธยา ทรงพระนามว่า พระเจ้าสุริยวงศ์บรมปาลมหาธรรมราชา นับว่าพระองค์ได้ทรงเป็นพระมหาธรรมราชาที่ ๔
