การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของบุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ศึกษาโดยการใช้ระเบียบการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา โดยศึกษาในบุคลากรฝ่ายวิชาการ และฝ่ายสนับสนุนที่ทำงานในมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 174 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตา (Quota Sampling) เป็นการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยคำนึงถึงสัดส่วนองค์ประกอบของประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของบุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
