We got a problem that on 25th Apr 2015, my friend (as attached repeict) bought SK2 DUO FTE DELUXE (ITEM REF: O0000390584,Unit Price: THB 8850.00) at Kingpower duty free store in Suvarnabhumi international Airport.

She supposed to take the goods on 27th Apr (flight HX774 left on 27th Apr 2015 at 2:10am), but at last she forgot to do..

Now we got the receipt as attached, we just wondering that can we make the refund for this and how to process?
