2. ดำเนินการแจกแบบสอบถามให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างตอบแบบสอบถามโดยใช้เวลาตอบแบบสอบถาม ประมาณ 15 นาที
3. เก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดทันทีเพื่อมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
