การดำเนินการวิจัยในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้เครื่องมือที่ช่วยในการออกแบบ ได้แก่ แผนภาพ ER-Diagram และ Data Flow Diagram โดยทำการพัฒนาและออกแบบด้วยโปรแกรม Office Visio และใช้ฐานข้อมูลใน Appserv ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศศูนย์ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 82 คน จากการวิจัยพบว่ามีคะแนนความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับ ดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.06 โดยแจกแจงได้ดังนี้ ด้านความต้องการของผู้ใช้ระบบ อยู่ในระดับ ดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.07 ด้านการทำงานตามฟังก์ชั่นของระบบ อยู่ในระดับ ดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.14 ด้านความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานระบบ อยู่ในระดับ ดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.00 ด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบ อยู่ในระดับ ดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.13 ตามลำดับ
