(4) ถ้าเป็นที่ดินในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ให้ลดหย่อนได้ดังต่อไปนี้
(ก) ในท้องที่ที่มีชุมชนหนาแน่นมาก ให้ลดหย่อนได้ไม่เกิน
หนึ่งร้อยตารางวา แต่จะน้อยกว่าห้าสิบตารางวาไม่ได้
(ข) ในท้องที่ที่มีชุมชนหนาแน่นปานกลาง ให้ลดหย่อนได้
ไม่เกินหนึ่งไร่ แต่จะน้อยกว่าหนึ่งร้อยตารางวาไม่ได้
(ค) ในท้องที่ชนบท ให้ลดหย่อนได้ไม่เกินห้าไร่ แต่จะ
