ผลการวิจัย พบว่า วัฒนธรรมคุณภาพกับภาพลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาในประเทศไทย มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 โดยองค์ประกอบวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพด้านการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านคุณภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาพลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษาสูงสุด(r = .864) วัฒนธรรมคุณภาพของสถานศึกษาที่เป็นตัวพยากรณ์ภาพลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาในประเทศไทย ได้แก่ การพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง (X2) การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านคุณภาพ (X5) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงคุณภาพ (X1) และการมีส่วนร่วม (X4) มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.87 มีค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 75.9 โดยมีสมการพยากรณ์ดังนี้
