แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมพระราชบัญญัติวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗ ดังต่อไปนี้
๑. แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมบทนิยามคำว่า “วิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม” ให้มีความหมายครอบคลุมถึงการปรุงและจ่ายยาตามใบสั่งยาของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพด้านการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขอื่นฯ (ร่างมาตรา ๓)
๒. แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมอำนาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการสภาเภสัชกรรมในการออกข้อบังคับสภาเภสัชกรรม เรื่องการต่ออายุใบอนุญาต และการออกใบแทนใบอนุญาต (ร่างมาตรา ๔)
๓. แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมให้มีการต่ออายุใบอนุญาต โดยกำหนดให้ใบอนุญาตมีอายุ ๕ ปี นับแต่วันที่ออกใบอนุญาต (ร่างมาตรา ๕)
๔. เพิ่มเติมอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมการต่ออายุใบอนุญาต (ร่างมาตรา ๖)
๕. กำหนดบทเฉพาะกาล เพื่อรองรับสิทธิประโยชน์ที่มีตามกฎหมายเดิม โดยกำหนดให้ใบอนุญาตที่มีอยู่เดิมใช้บังคับต่อไปได้อีก ๕ ปี นับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ (ร่างมาตรา ๗)
