- จากตัวเมืองลำปางไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 1035 เส้นลำปาง-แจ้ห่ม ไปจนถึงประมาณกิโลเมตรที่ 58 เลี้ยวซ้ายไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 1287 ซึ่งเป็นทางเข้าไปอำเภอเมืองปาน แล้วเลี้ยวขวาที่สามแยก ใช้ทางหลวงหมายเลข 1252 เส้น ข่วงกอม-ปางแฟน ป่ระมาณ 11กิโลเมตร แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายเข้าอุทยานฯ ตามถนน รพช. อีก 3 กิโลเมตร ถึงที่ทำการอุทยานฯ
