ในวันศุกร์ที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2558 ทางโรงเรียนได้จัดกิจกรรมวันวิทยาศาสตร์ขึ้นมีท่านผู้อำนวยการศิริพันธุ์ พรหมพินิจ ประธานในพิธีเป็นคนทำการเปิดงานที่จัดตกแต่งเวทีโดยชุมนุมโบโซ่ไว้ได้อย่างอลังการ มีการมอบเกียรติบัตรให้กับผู้ที่แข่งขันที่ได้รางวัล เช่น การกลิ้งไข่ การล่อนเครื่องบิน การตอบปัญหา เป็นต้น มีการแสดงมายากล ในการแสดงนั้นมีนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ของโรงเรียนเราเป็นคนทำการแสดงและมีนักเรียนอีก2คน ซึ่งเป็นพี่น้องกันแต่เรียนที่โรงเรียนวัดอินทรารามมาเป็นผู้ช่วยส่วนด้านคุณพ่อของน้องได้เป็นพิธีกรดำเนินมายากล มีการแสดงละครชุดโดเรม่อน ตอนแอปเปิ้ลที่หายไป เป็นทฤษฎีของเซอร์ไอแซก นิวตัน โดยมีนักแสดงนำคือ อาจารย์ปรัชญาและนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/2 มีการเต้น cover dance เป็นต้น หลังจากเสร็จกิจกรรมด้านบนเวทีแล้ว งานวันวิทยาศาตร์ไม่ได้จบแค่เพียงเท่านั้น ภายในห้องอัปสรสามัคคีตลอดทั้งวัน มีนักเรียนสายวิทย์-คณิต ทั้งระดับม.ต้นและม.ปลาย นำเสนอโครงงานต่างๆมี สาธิตการผ่ากบ แสดงซายด์โชว์ การทำแผลปลอม เด็กนักเรียนโรงเรียนสตรีวัดอัปสรสวรรค์ได้ร่วมสนุกทำกิจกรรมในงานกิจกรรมวันวิทยาศาสตร์เป็นอย่างมาก และในช่วงระหว่างวันสัปดาห์วิทยาศาสตร์ตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ที่ 17 สิงหาคม 2558 จนกระทั่งถึง วันศุกร์ที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2558 คุณครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ได้นำอาหารมาจัดจำหน่ายบริเวณห้องพักครูตึกวิทย์ เช่น วุ้นเป็ด วุ้นกะทิ กุยช่าย ขนมจีบ ลูกชิ้น น้ำมะพร้าว น้ำอัดลม เป็นต้น เพื่อนำเงินบางส่วนจากการขายอาหารนี้ มาเป็นของรางวัล
