เนื่องจากเราผ่านการฝึกมาอย่างดี ในเรื่องของระบบควบคุมการบินต่างๆ และเรื่องการมีสติในการทำงานจึงไม่ตื่นเต้นหรือกดดัน แต่เราต้องเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมรับมือกับปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่เราไม่รู้ว่ามันจะเกิดอะไรขึ้นบ้าง เราจะมีระบบรุ่นพี่รุ่นน้องและการเคารพกันค่อนข้างมาก เพราะมีการเรียนและทดสอบทางด้านการบินมาด้วยกัน และต้องมีการเวียนทำงานกับนักบินหลายๆคน แล้วแต่ว่าเรามีคิวที่ต้องทำงานคู่กับใคร จึงต้องเป็นคนที่ทำงานร่วมกับทุกคนได้

ประเภทของลูกค้า
