บทคัดย่อการวิจัยความพึงพอใจของประชา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะของเทศบาลตำบลจันดุม อำเภอพลับพลาชัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ ๑) เพื่อวิจัยความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะของสำนักปลัด ๒) เพื่อวิจัยความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะของกองคลัง ๓) เพื่อวิจัยความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะของกองช่าง ๔) เพื่อวิจัยความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะของกองสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม และ ๕) เพื่อวิจัยความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะของกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการกำหนดขนาดตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากประชาชนในเขตตำบลจันดุม จำนวน ๓๗๐ คน แล้วทำการจำแนกสัดส่วนตามขนาดหมู่บ้าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี ๓ ตอน ดังนี้ ๑) แบบตรวจสอบรายการ ๒) แบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า ๕ ระดับ และ ๓) แบบปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
๑) ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะของเทศบาลตำบลจันดุม อำเภอพลับพลาชัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ๓ ด้าน และมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ๒ ด้าน เรียงอันดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้ดังนี้ คือ ๑) การให้บริการสาธารณะของกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก ๒) การให้บริการสาธารณะของกองสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับมาก ๓) การให้บริการสาธารณะของสำนักปลัดอยู่ในระดับมาก ๔) การให้บริการสาธารณะของกองช่างอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ ๕) การให้บริการสาธารณะของกองคลังอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ
๒) ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี และเสนอให้มีการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวให้มากยิ่งขึ้น การจ่ายเบี้ยผู้สูงอายุและผู้พิการให้ตรงเวลา แก้ไขปัญหาวัยรุ่นยกพวกตีกัน และแก้ไขปัญหาการระบาดของยาเสพติด
