เพื่อส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และประสบการที่นำมาสู่การพัฒนาให้เกิดวิสัยทัศน์ในการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพได้อีกทางหนึ่ง คณะจึงจัดทำโครงการศึกษาดูงาน “พัฒนากระบวนการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านการสนับสนุนการศึกษา” ขึ้นเป็นประจำทุกปีการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในปีการศึกษา2557 ได้จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 26-27 มิ.ย 2558 ในรูปแบบการศึกษาดูงาน แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการสนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษา ณ คณะอุตสาหกรรมและเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลรัตนโกสินทร์ วิทยาเขตวังไกลกังวล จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์
