บทคัดยอ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเวชกิจฉุกเฉินที่สำเร็จปีการศึกษา 2557 และ 2558 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลผลิตจำนวนรายการปฏิบัติการแพทย์เวชกิจฉุกเฉิน ในการฝึกปฏิบัติงานของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเวชกิจฉุกเฉินที่สำเร็จ
ปีการศึกษา 2557 และ 2558 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษาที่ทำให้ผลผลิตจำนวนรายการปฏิบัติการแพทย์เวชกิจฉุกเฉิน ในการฝึกปฏิบัติงานของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเวชกิจฉุกเฉินที่สำเร็จปีการศึกษา 2557 และ 2558 ต่างกัน กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา คือ นิสิตสาขาวิชาเวชกิจฉุกเฉินที่สำเร็จปีการศึกษา 2557 – 2558 จำนวน 252 คน การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาจากเอกสารการฝึกปฏิบัติงานรายวิชาการฝึกงานเวชกิจฉุกเฉิน 1 – 4 ย้อนหลัง สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าสูงสุด ต่ำสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Independent sample
t – test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นนิสิตที่สำเร็จปีการศึกษา 2558 ร้อยละ 67.06 เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 71.83 อายุระหว่าง 20 – 29 ปี ร้อยละ 94.05 ผลผลิตจำนวนรายการปฏิบัติการแพทย์เวชกิจฉุกเฉินจำแนกตามกลุ่มรายการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ พบว่า การประเมินผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉิน และเทคนิคโลหิตพลวัต เป็นรายการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ที่ปฏิบัติได้สูงสุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00 ผลการทดสอบความแตกต่างทางสถิติ โดยใช้ Independent sample t – test ของผลผลิตจำนวนรายการปฏิบัติการแพทย์เวชกิจฉุกเฉิน จำแนกตามกลุ่มรายการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ พบว่า การประเมินผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉิน มีค่า t – test มากที่สุด คือ 2.84 และรายการปฏิบัติการแพทย์การแยกบุคคลออกจากสิ่งอันตราย/การใช้อุปกรณ์พิทักษ์
