บทคัดย่อ
เรื่อง สารบอกแรกซ์ในลูกชิ้น มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาอันตรายของสารบอแรกซ์ที่อยู่ในเนื้อสัตว์,ลูกชิ้นชนิดต่างๆ,หมูบด,ทอดมัน,ไส้กรอก,ผลไม้ดอง,ทับทิมกรอบและลอดช่อง เป็นต้น แต่ในที่นี้ผู้จัดทำได้เลือกการศึกษาอันตรายของสารบอกแรกซ์ในและลูกชิ้น เพราะมีผู้คน ทุกเพศทุกวัยรับประทานจำนวนมาก ซึ่งเราจะทดลองสารบอแรกซ์ที่อยู่ในลูกชิ้นได้โดยใช้ชุดทดสอบสารบอแรกซ์และลูกชิ้นชนิดต่างๆ เช่น ลูกชิ้นปลา,ลูกชิ้นเนื้อ,ลูกชิ้นเอ็นเนื้อ,ลูกชิ้นหมู,ฮอทดอก,ปูอัด โดยใช้ลูกชิ้นชนิดต่างๆและน้ำยาที่ใช้ทดสอบสารบอแรกซ์ในปริมาณที่เท่ากัน แล้วนำกระดาษขมิ้นจุ่มลงไปในจานที่มีลูกชิ้นชนิดต่างๆและน้ำยาที่ใช้ทดสอบสารบอแรกซ์ จากนั้นนำไปตากแดดไว้ระยะหนึ่ง โดยจะทดลองทั้งหมด4ครั้ง เพื่อถูกต้องของข้อมูล ผลการทดลองสรุปได้ว่า การทดลองทั้ง4ครั้ง ลูกชิ้นหมู ไม่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง แสดงว่าไม่มีสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อนอยู่ ลูกชิ้นปลาและฮอทดอกพบว่าการทดลองครั้งที่ 1 มีการเปลี่ยนสีเข้มขึ้นเล็กน้อย แสดงว่ามีสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อนอยู่ ลูกชิ้นเนื้อและลูกชิ้นเอ็นเนื้อพบว่าการทดลองครั้งที่ 2 มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสีที่เข้มขึ้นเล็กน้อย แสดงว่ามีสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อนอยู่
