โครงงานเอนิเมชัน เทคโนโลยี 3G จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นสื่อในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ของเทคโนโลยี 3G การใช้เทคโนโลยีในการติดต่อสื่อสารได้เข้ามามีบทบาทกับสังคมไทยในยุคปัจจุบัน ซึ่งนานวันยังคงเป็นปัญหาของคนที่เติบโตมาพร้อมกับเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็วโดยใช้การสื่อสารทางโลกอินเตอร์เน็ต หรือโซเชียลมีเดียผ่านทางแอพพลิเคชั่นต่างๆ จนเป็นที่นิยมกันในหมู่ทุกเพศทุกวัย ขยายวงกว้างมากที่สุด อย่างเช่น เด็กนักเรียน นักศึกษา และคนวัยทำงาน เป็นต้น
คณะผู้จัดทำโครงการเอนิเมชันได้ทำการศึกษาหาข้อมูลต่างๆ เพื่อนำมาจัดทำเว็บไซต์และการ์ตูนโดยศึกษาจากทางอินเตอร์เน็ตและศึกษาจากผู้ที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยี 3G อย่างชัดเจน โดยการจัดทำการ์ตูนขึ้นมาเพื่อให้มีความสนุกของตัวการ์ตูนพร้อมไปกับการเรียนรู้ความเป็นมาของเทคโนโลยี 3G ผู้ชมสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นและตอบแบบประเมินเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาแอนิเมชันต่อไป
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวางแผนการทำโครงงานคือ Ganttchart ใช้ในการออกแบบฐานข้อมูลได้แก่ E-R Diagram เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการสร้างการ์ตูน Adobo Flash CS5 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวาดรูป,Adobe Photoshop CS5 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ,Adode Dreamweaver CS5 ซึ่งใช้ในการทำหน้าเว็บเพื่อติดต่อกับผู้ใช้งานและใช้ Appserv ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม ซึ่งจะประกอบด้วย ภาษา PHP ใช้ในการเขียนคำสั่งควบคุมการทำงานของโปรแกรม MySQL เป็นฐานข้อมูลในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ในระบบ
