ความผูกพันที่มีเป้าหมายและค่านิยมขององค์การและการ
ปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทของตนเอง เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและค่านิยมขององค์การซึ่งความผูกพันต่อ
องค์การจะประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 3 ประการ คือ
1. ความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันกับองค์การ (Identifications) โดยการเต็มใจที่จะ
ปฏิบัติงาน ยอมรับในค่านิยมและวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์การ และถือเสมือนหนึ่งว่าเป็นของตนเช่นกัน
2. การเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในองค์การ (Involvement) คือ การเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมใน
กิจกรรมขององค์การตามบทบาทของตนอย่างเต็มที่
3. ความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์การ (Loyalty) คือความรู้สึกรักและผูกพันต่อองค์การ
