การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ กรณีศึกษาการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร “Advance Microsoft Excel”ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของประชากร ดำเนินการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นบุคลากรของธนาคารกรุงไทย จำนวน 3 สายงาน ได้แก่ สายงานธุรกิจภาครัฐ สายงานธุรกิจขนาดกลาง และสายงานอื่นๆ รวมทั้งสิ้น 98 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือแบบสอบถามทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t test และ F test
