เรื่อง ให้กลุ่มมวลชนชุมนุมอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่กำหนด

ตามที่กองทัพบกได้ประกาศใช้กฎอัยการศึกทั่วราชอาณาจักร ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๒๐ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ เวลา ๐๓.๐๐ เป็นต้นไปแล้วนั้น

เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันการกระทบกระทั่งระหว่างกลุ่มมวลชนที่มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน รวมทั้งเพื่อให้การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ในการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยเป็นไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อันจะส่งผลให้สถานการณ์กลับเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติโดยเร็ว อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา มาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติกฎอัยการศึก พุทธศักราช ๒๔๕๗ จึงให้กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมทางการเมืองทุกกลุ่มทุกฝ่ายทั่วราชอาณาจักร ยุติการเคลื่อนย้ายมวลชนไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ โดยให้ชุมนุมอย่างสงบในพื้นที่ ที่ได้ออกคำสั่งไว้เดิมเท่านั้น ดังนี้

๑. กลุ่มกปปส. และมวบชนที่สนับสนุน ให้ทำการชุมนุม ณ ถนนราชดำเนิน และศูนย์ราชการแจ้งวัฒนะ

๒. กลุ่มนปช. และมวลชนที่สนับสนุน ให้ทำการชุมนุม ณ ถนนอุทยาน

ให้แม่ทัพภาค/ผู้บัญชาการกองกำลังรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยกองทัพภาค ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด และผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัด ร่วมกันดำเนินการป้องกันและระงับยับยั้ง มิให้มีการชุมนุมของกลุ่มมวลขนใดๆ เกิดขึ้นภายในพื้นที่ที่ยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ
