ข้อ ๖. ผู้เช่าต้องยินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าเข้าตรวจตราทรัพย์สินที่เช่าเป็นครั้งคราวในเวลาและระยะเวลาอันสมควร
ข้อ ๗. ทรัพย์สินที่เช่านั้นผู้เช่าจะทำการดัดแปลงหรือต่อเติมอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดหาได้ไม่

ข้อ ๘. ผู้เช่าจำต้องสงวนทรัพย์สินที่เช่านั้นเสมอกับที่วิญญูชนจะพึงสงวนทรัพย์สินของตัวเอง และต้องทำการบำรุงรักษาทั้งทำการซ่อมแซมเล็กน้อยด้วย
ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าในระหว่างอายุสัญญาเช่า ผู้เช่าจะทำประกันวินาศภัย โดยผู้เช่าจะ
เป็นผู้ชำระเบี้ยประกันภัย โดยผู้ให้เช่าเป็นผู้รับประโยชน์ตามสัญญา
