3. การคมนาคมขนส่งภายในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว โดยพิจารณาถึงจำนวนที่เพียงพอ คุณภาพและมาตรฐานตลอดจนความสะดวกสบาย,รวดเร็วและความปลอดภัยของรถสาธารณะและรถนำเที่ยวที่จะให้บริการภายในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว
