​การวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร ของพนักงานบริษัท โลหะกิจรุ่งเจริญทรัพย์ จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับงาน และความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงานบริษัทโลหะกิจรุ่งเจริญทรัพย์ จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงานบริษัทโลหะกิจรุ่งเจริญทรัพย์ จำกัด และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวกับงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงานบริษัทโลหะกิจรุ่งเจริญทรัพย์ จำกัด โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานทุกระดับของบริษัทบริษัทโลหะกิจรุ่งเจริญทรัพย์ จำกัด จำนวน 115 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติ One - way ANOVA และ Regression
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 21 - 30 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 38.3 มีรายได้ 20,001 - 30,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.3 มีระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงาน 1 - 5 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.5 มีสถานภาพสมรส คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.1 มีระดับความคิดเห็นของปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.60) และมีระดับความคิดเห็นของความผูกพันต่อองค์กรในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.50) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลในทุกด้าน ได้แก่ อายุ รายได้ ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน และสถานภาพสมรส ที่แตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับงานในด้านลักษณะงาน ด้านค่าจ้าง ด้านโอกาสที่จะได้เลื่อนขั้น ด้านการยอมรับ ด้านสภาพการทำงาน ด้านผลประโยชน์และสวัสดิการ ด้านผู้บังคับบัญชา ด้านเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านองค์กร และการจัดการมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร อย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
