“ประเพณีไหว้พระธาตุช่อแฮ เมืองแพร่แห่ตุงหลวง ประจำปี 2557” ซึ่งกำหนดจัดในวันขึ้น 9 ค่ำ ถึงขึ้น 15 ค่ำ เดือน 4 ใต้ (เดือน 6 เหนือ) ในปีนี้ตรงกับวันที่ 9 - 15 มีนาคม 2557 ณ วัดพระธาตุช่อแฮ พระอารามหลวง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแพร่


วัดพระธาตุช่อแฮ พระอารามหลวง เป็นปูชนียสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์คู่บ้านคู่เมืองจังหวัดแพร่ ทุกปีจะมีการจัดงานประเพณีไหว้พระธาตุช่อแฮฯ เพื่อชวนพุทธศาสนิกชนได้มานมัสการองค์พระธาตุช่อแฮ ซึ่งเป็นที่ประดิษฐานพระเกศาธาตุ และพระบรมสารีริกธาตุพระศอกซ้ายของพระพุทธเจ้า โดยในวันแรกของการจัดงาน คือวันที่ 9 มีนาคม 2557 เวลา 15.00 น. จะมีขบวนแห่ที่ยิ่งใหญ่ตระการตา เพื่อบูชาองค์พระธาตุช่อแฮ ประกอบด้วย ขบวนแห่เครื่องสักการะ ขบวนช้างเจ้าหลวง ขบวนเจ้าเมืองจาก 8 อำเภอ และขบวนเครื่องสักการะจากทุกอำเภอ และมีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการในเวลา 17.00
