ศูนย์ความปลอดภัยแรงงานพื้นที่ 5 ขอแจ้งการเข้าตรวจความปลอดภัยเชิงเทคนิควิชาการ ในสถานประกอบกิจการของท่าน ในวันพุธที่ 23 กรกฏาคม 2557 เวลา 9 น. – 12 น เป็นต้นไป ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ท่านได้จัดเตรียมเอกสารตามรายการที่แนบมาพร้อมหนังสือนี้และเตรียมบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อตอบข้อซักถามและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เข้าตรวจด้วย
