(16 มิ.ย.) เวลา 09.30 น. นางละอองแก้ว ธรรมจักร ผู้ประกอบการร้านขายส่งอาหารทะเลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้นำลูกน้องในร้านกว่า 30 คน มารวมตัวถือป้ายประท้วงหน้าธนาคารแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เพื่อขอความเป็นธรรม กรณีถูกพนักงานของธนาคาร ปลอมแปลงลายเซ็นของตนเองไปซื้อเช็คธนาคาร จนสูญเสียเงินไปกว่า 16 ล้านบาท โดยนางละอองแก้ว พยายามที่จะเข้าไปติดต่อผู้จัดการธนาคารดังกล่าว เพื่อขอให้ออกมาชี้แจงและให้พนักงานที่โกงเงินไปในครั้งนี้แสดงความรับผิดชอบชดใช้เงินจำนวนดังกล่าวคืนทั้งหมด

นางละอองแก้ว ธรรมจักร ผู้เสียหาย เปิดเผยว่า การโกงเงินครั้งนี้เกิดขึ้นมาตั้งแต่ปี 2553 โดยพฤติกรรมคือพนักงานฝ่ายสินเชื่อรายหนึ่งของธนาคารแห่งนี้ ได้ทำการปลอมแปลงลายเซ็นของตนเอง ไปซื้อเช็คทีละ 2 เล่ม ซึ่งได้ยักยอกเช็คไว้ 1 เล่ม ก่อนนำชื่อบุคคลอื่นเป็นใบคำขอเพื่อไปซื้อเช็คที่ลิ้งค์เข้ากับสมุดบัญชีธนาคารของตนเองไปขึ้นเงิน ซึ่งมีมูลค่าความเสียหายไปกว่า 16 ล้านบาท

แต่ตนเพิ่งจะมารู้เรื่องตอนปลายปี 2554 จึงได้นำหลักฐานลายเซ็นดังกล่าวไปให้กองพิสูจน์หลักฐาน สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ตรวจสอบ ซึ่งผลปรากฏว่าเป็นลายเซ็นปลอมจริง จึงได้พยายามมาติดต่อขอคำชี้แจงว่าธนาคารชดใช้ค้าเสียหายจำนวนดังกล่าวคืน พร้อมกับดำเนินการเอาผิดกับพนักงานที่ร่วมกันยักยอกทรัพย์ในครั้งนี้ด้วย
ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาพยายามติดต่อธนาคารนับสิบครั้งแล้ว แต่ก็ไม่มีใครมาชี้แจงหรือแสดงความรับผิดชอบใดๆ ขณะที่พนักงานผู้ร่วมกันยักยอกทรัพย์ก็ยังทำงานอยู่ตามปกติเหมือนไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้น ทำให้ขณะนี้ธุรกิจร้านขายส่งอาหารทะเลของตนต้องประสบกับปัญหาล้มละลาย พนักงานนับร้อยคนต้องตกงาน ได้รับความเดือดร้อนเป็นอย่างมาก

ต่อมานายสุวิชัย ชุณหปัญญาเวช ผู้จัดการสาขาธนาคารดังกล่าว ก็ได้เชิญนางละอองแก้วฯ เข้าพบ พร้อมกับพูดคุยกันอยู่เป็นเวลาประมาณ 10 นาที ก่อนที่จะออกมาเปิดเผยว่า กรณีนี้ลูกค้าผู้เสียหายได้เคยนำเอกสารและหลักฐานมาให้ธนาคารสาขาแล้ว ซึ่งทางธนาคารสาขาก็ได้ยื่นเรื่องทั้งหมดไปให้ธนาคารสำนักงานใหญ่หมดแล้ว ดังนั้นจึงต้องอยู่ที่สำนักงานใหญ่จะแถลงข่าวอีกครั้งว่าจะดำเนินการอย่างไรต่อไป
