การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน นำไปสู่การเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ตามหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2551 กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 32 คน ที่เรียนรายวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 โรงเรียนบ้านวังบงตำบลวานรนิวาส อำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยผู้วิจัยได้ทำการทดลองสอนด้วยการสอนชุดสื่อประสม เป็นระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แผนการสอน เรื่อง การปลูกผักปลอดสารพิษ แผนละ 8 คาบ คาบละ 60 นาที และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบทดสอบความสามารถในการเรียนรู้การปลูกผักปลอดสารพิษ แบบทดสอบวัดความคงทนในการจำ และแบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถ สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผู้วิจัยใช้การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบที ( t test)
