การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และเพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนแบบมัลติมีเดียที่พัฒนาขึ้นด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe flash cs5, Crazytalk Animator, Sony Vegas 10.0 และระบบจัดการบทเรียน Moodle แบบสอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหาและด้านเทคนิควิธีการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพด้านเนื้อหาในระดับดีและมีประสิทธิภาพด้านเทคนิควิธีการอยู่ในระดับดี
