ความรู้สึกของฉันที่มีต่อภาษาอังกฤษ หลายๆคนอาจคิดว่าภาษาอังกฤษเป็นวิชาที่ยาก โดยส่วนตัวฉันก็คิดว่าภาษาอังกฤษเป็นวิชาที่ยาก เพราะฉันไม่คล่องเรื่องคำศัพท์แกรมมาและการสนทนาสักเท่าไร
วิชาภาษาอังกฤษเป็นวิชาที่ฉันไม่ชอบตั้งแต่อยู่ประถม เพราะบางครั้งเวลาอาจารย์ให้ออกไปแนะนำตัวฉันก็รู้สึกว่าฉันไม่อยากออกไป เพราะถ้าเราไม่รู้คำศัพท์ทำให้เวลาเราออกไปพรีเซนต์หรือแนะนำตัวต่อหน้าเพื่อนและอาจารย์ทำให้ฉันอายไม่ค่อยกล้าพูด กล้าแสดงออก เวลาเราพูดผิดเพื่อนก็จะหัวเราะ
ทำให้เราขาดความมั่นใจในตัวเอง จึงทำให้ฉันมีอติกับวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ แต่พอได้ขึ้นมัธยมฉันก็เริ่มได้เรียนกับครูต่างชาติ ซึ่งมันทำให้ฉันไม่อยากเรียน แต่พอได้เรียนแล้วครูต่างชาติไม่ได้น่ากลัวอย่างที่เราคิด ครูต่างชาติเป็นครูที่สอนภาษาอังกฤษได้เข้ากับนักเรียนทุกคน ครูเป็นคนที่สอนสนุกและไม่เครียด ทำให้นักเรียน เรียนสนุกสนานกับการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษมากขึ้น พอฉันขึ้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 พ่อกับฉันได้ส่งฉันไปเรียนเพิ่มเติมภาษาอังกฤษ ตอนแรกฉันไม่อยากเรียน และฉันคิดมาตลอดว่าวิชาภาษาอังกฤษมันยาก อาจจะเป็นเพราะความกลัว ความไม่มั่นใจและความไม่กล้าแสดงออกของฉันแต่คิดดูอีกทีในเมื่อมีโอกาสเรียนขนาดนี้แล้วฉันจะปล่อยให้โอกาสดีๆหลุดมือได้อย่างไร ฉันจึงตัดสินใจที่จะไปเรียยเพิ่มเติม วันแรกที่ฉันได้เรียน ครูก็ได้ปรับพื้นฐานให้ พอได้เรียนไปเรื่อยๆก็สนุกดีมีเพื่อนมากมาย ครูใจดีให้กำลังใจนักเรียน จากที่ฉันไม่ชอบวิชาอังกฤษเลย ทำให้ฉันเริ่มรู้สึกชอบวิชาภาษาอังกฤษมากขึ้น แต่พอได้เรียนอย่างตั้งใจ
ฉันคิดว่าภาษาอังกฤษก็ไม่ได้ยากสักเท่าไร และทำให้ฉันเรียนอังกฤษรู้เรื่องมากขึ้น แต่สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษคือความตั้งใจ ขยันเรียน ขยันทำการบ้าน และตั้งใจฟังอาจารย์สอน ถึงแม้ตัวฉันเองจะเรียนภาษาอังกฤษไม่เก่ง แต่ฉันก็คิดว่าคนที่เรียนภาษาอังกฤษถึงแม้จะเรียนไม่เก่งเพียงแค่มีความตั้งใจไม่ว่าจะเป็นยังไงฉันก็สามารถทำได้
เพราะทุกวันนี้วิชาภาษาอังกฤษมีความสำคัญต่อสังคม และการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันมากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งในด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านธุรกิจและด้านการท่องเที่ยว เนื่องจากประเทศไทยจะเข้าสู่ระบบอาเซียน ซึ่งทุกคนก็ทราบกันดีอยู่แล้วว่าประเทศไทยจะเข้าสู่ระบบอาเซียนในปี 2560 ดังนั้นภาษาอังกฤษจึงเป็นภาษากลางในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างประเทศ ซึ่งจะส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงสำหรับผู้ที่ไม่มีความรู้ด้านภาษา อาจจะทำให้ติดต่อสื่อสารกับชาวต่างชาติไม่เข้าใจ ทำให้ขาดรายได้ อาจจะเป็นเพราะว่าเมื่อก่อนอาจจะคิดว่าภาษาอังกฤษไม่มีความสำคัญกับการใช้ชีวิต แต่สำหรับฉันแล้วภาษาอังกฤษมีความสำคัญมากในการดำรงชีวิตในปัจจุบัน
