ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศศูนย์ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 82 คน จากการวิจัยพบว่ามีคะแนนความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับ ดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.06 ซึ่งอธิบายได้ดังนี้ ด้านความต้องการของผู้ใช้ระบบอยู่ในระดับที่ดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.07 ด้านการทำงานตามฟังก์ชั่นของระบบอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.14 ด้านความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานระบบ อยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.00 ด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบอยู่ในระดับที่ดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.13 ตามลำดับ
