Do not be upset like that. I am not making audit with bad intention. Geodis has some KPIs to monitor, and the preparation is one of them. Therefore, random checking are mandatory.
For your information, I also audited the trucks/drivers and blamed some carriers owners this morning.

Now, my report is NOT fake. What I report is what I saw yesterday. No preparation at the timing of the audit.
This does not mean that you never prepare the cargo. I mentioned this to Guillaume. This was a random checking, I regret that no preparation has been done, but good or bad I have to report anyway.

Regarding your comments about the fleets, you seem to have many bad comments and I encourage you to share more often what you see. Of course, on site you see much more things than me.
Please, release your information and do not be upset. We must all work as one team.

For your information, the comments about drunk drivers, missing safety shoes, overspeed, …. Are supposed to be addressed to the Logistics dept (K. Manop).
Indeed, Geodis is not 3PL yet. Geodis is in charge of monitoring the flows, not managing the carriers.
Parex is in charge of the management of its carriers (DDOK, Kritsanaporn, Boonprakob, …). Geodis reports the monitoring and issues to Parex.
Geodis is in charge of monitoring + management for its own carriers (JIT & Intouch). So far, I did not get any complain from anyone about them. Please, confirm.

I am in the factory on Monday and Tuesday. Seeing your frustration, I recommend to have a talk.
What time is convenient for you except Monday morning and Tuesday early afternoon ?
