Parex is in charge of the management of its carriers (DDOK, Kritsanaporn, Boonprakob, …). Geodis reports the monitoring and issues to Parex.
Geodis is in charge of monitoring + management for its own carriers (JIT & Intouch). So far, I did not get any complain from anyone about them. Please, confirm.
