เอกสารประกอบการพิจารณาการยื่นขอวีซ่าท่องเที่ยว/ธุรกิจ/ราชการ
1.​แบบฟอร์มการขอวีซ่า ซึ่งผู้ขอต้องกรอกข้อมูลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษหรือสวีเดน (เจ้าหน้าที่สถานทูตไม่สามารถที่จะช่วยในการกรอกได้)
2.​แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการเดินทาง (Appendix B)
3.​แบบฟอร์มแสดงถึงสมาชิกในครอบครัว (Appendix D)
4.​หนังสือเดินทางที่มีอายุการใช้ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 เดือน นับจากวันที่เดินทางกลับจากสวีเดน
5.​สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง รวมถึงหน้าที่มีการต่ออายุ/การเปลี่ยนชื่อ (ถ้ามี)

9.​หากผู้ขอกำลังทำงานอยู่ ให้นำหลักฐานการทำงานจากบริษัท/องค์กรที่ระบุถึงรายได้และระบุด้วยว่าผู้ขอจะเดินทางกลับมาทำงานที่บริษัท/องค์กรภายหลังการเดินทางไปสวีเดนแล้ว
