การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวัดระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการโรงอาหารภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานีโดยการรายงานผลและวัดระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการโรงอาหารภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทดลองครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานีโดยใช้การเลือกแบบสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 50 คน
การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจและมีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป
จากการทดลองให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างตอบแบบสอบถามวัดความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้บริการโรงอาหารภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี และมีระดับผลความพึงใจเฉลี่ยในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วยมากจากการใช้บริการโรงอาหารภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี
