การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก เพื่อ
1) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์การนำยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชากร 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยการนำยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนามาใช้พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชากร และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการนำยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชากร กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ประชากรของเทศบาลตำบลเนินปอ จำนวน 383 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าการถดถอยแบบพหุ
