ขอรหัสผ่านของเก่า และตรวจสอบว่าตรงกับข้อมูลในระบบหรือไม่ โดยจะดูจาก Generanting ในระบบ intranet แต่ถ้าลูกค้าแจ้งว่ามีการเปลี่ยน Password แล้วทางเราจะไม่สามารถทราบได้ว่า Password ใหม่ของลูกค้าคืออะไร (ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าลืม Password )
