คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญากันมีสาระสำคัญดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 2. “ ผู้ว่าจ้าง “ ตกลงจ่ายค่าจ้างสำหรับงานตามรายละเอียดในข้อ 1. เป็นราคาเหมารวมทั้งสิ้น 115,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนหนึ่งหมื่นห้าพันบาทถ้วน ) โดยมีเงื่อนไขการจ่าย ดังนี้
2.1) เงินมัดจำล่วงหน้าจำนวน 46,000 บาท ( สี่หมื่นหกพันบาทถ้วน) หรือร้อยละ 40 ของค่าจ้างทั้งหมด โดยได้ชำระให้แก่ “ ผู้รับจ้าง “ ในวันทำสัญญานี้ และให้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการชำระค่าจ้างด้วย ทั้งนี้ “ ผู้รับจ้าง “ ตกลงนำหนังสือค้ำประกันในจำนวนเดียวกันมาวางไว้ให้แก่ “ ผู้ว่าจ้าง “ ด้วยเพื่อเป็นการประกันการปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้
2.2) “ ผู้ว่าจ้าง “ ตกลงชำระค่าจ้าง เป็นงวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน ดังนี้

ข้อ 4. กรณีที่มีการแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงแบบ หรือสัญญา ให้คู่สัญญาลงนามกำกับในส่วนแก้ไขนั้นด้วย และให้ถือว่าส่วนที่แก้ไขนั้นมีผลผูกพันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่าย
