บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาค่าความเข้มข้นของน้ำมะนาว ส้ม สับปะรด 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพกรดจากน้ำมะนาว ส้ม สับปะรด ที่สามารถกำจัดคราบน้ำหมึกที่ติดบนเสื้อผ้าปีการศึกษา 2557 ดำเนินการทดลองโดยแบ่งการทดลองเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาระดับค่าความเป็นกรดของน้ำผลไม้และเรียงลำดับจากค่ามากไปหาค่าน้อยโดยนำมะนาว ส้ม สับปะรด มาคั้น นำน้ำ มะนาว ส้ม สับปะรด มาทดสอบกับกระดาษยูนิเวอร์เซลอินดิเคเตอร์ เรียงลำดับระดับค่าความเป็นกรด จากค่ามากไปหาค่าน้อย ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ศึกษาหาความสามารถในการกัดกร่อนคราบสกปรกของน้ำหมึกที่ติดบนเสื้อผ้าโดยนำมะนาว ส้ม สับปะรด มาคั้น นำผ้าที่ติดคราบน้ำหมึกมาทดสอบโดยการนำไปแช่ในน้ำผลไม้แต่ละชนิดทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 30 นาที สังเกตว่าน้ำผลไม้ชนิดใดสามารถกำจัดคราบสกปรกได้ดีที่สุด
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) น้ำส้ม มีค่าความเข้มข้นค่า pH เท่ากับ 4 น้ำมะนาว มีค่าความเข้มข้นค่า pH เท่ากับ 3 น้ำสับปะรดมีค่าความเข้มข้นค่า pH เท่ากับ 3 2.) น้ำสับปะรดและน้ำมะนาวสามารถกำจัดคราบสกปรกได้ดีที่สุด
