จากการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาที่ผ่านมา ข้าพเจ้าเล็งเห็นว่ากลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนในตำบลศรีดอนมูล มีปัญหาทางด้านการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นเครือข่าย ตลอดจนกลุ่มงานส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสถาบันเกษตรกร สำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอเชียงแสน ต้องการที่จะพัฒนาเกษตรกร องค์กรเกษตร วิสาหกิจชุมชน ตามนโยบายและแนวทางการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมการเกษตร ของกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร จึงมอบหมายให้ข้าพเจ้าดำเนินการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายและเพิ่มศักยภาพวิสาหกิจชุมชนในตำบลศรีดอนมูล เพื่อให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี เข้มแข็ง พึ่งตนเองได้ และเพื่อประโยชน์ด้านเศรษฐกิจและด้านสังคมต่อไปในอนาคต
