โครงการเรื่อง เครื่องชาร์จแบตเตอรี่โทรศัพท์พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อใช่สร้างอุปกรณ์กักเก็บพลังงานไฟฟ้าจากแสงอาทิตย์ขนาดพกพาเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้คนมีชีวิตที่สะดวกสบายขึ้นโดยเฉพาะผู้คนที่ไม่มีไฟฟ้าใช่งาน นั้นได้พิจารณาเทคโนโลยีพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์คือต่อวงจรเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ กับแผงวงจรไฟฟ้ากระแสตรงเพื่อใช่งานหลอดไฟฟ้าและการชาร์จแบตเตอรี่มือถือซึ่งเพียงพอต่อความต้องการของผู้คนที่ไม่มีไฟฟ้าใช่งานหรือไม่มีกำลังทรัพย์จ่ายค่าไฟฟ้า ทั้งนี้ยังเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้คนทั่วไป
