4. ถือเป็นเงินได้ 40(2) แต่คำนวนภาษีแบบ 40(1)
ดังนั้น ภงด 1 ,1 ก และ 50 ทวิ ออกในประเภทเงินได้ 40(2)
5. ไม่แสดงข้อมูลในรายงานทะเบียนลูกจ้าง และกองทุนเงินทดแทน ( เนื่องจากผู้ที่ได้รับไม่ได้เป็นพนักงาน TCLA )
6. รายงานทุกตัวแสดงเฉพาะของกลุ่มพนักงาน TCIB เท่านั้น
7. จำนวนพนักงานประมาณ 200 คน (โดยนำค่า Year To Date เดือน มค. เข้าระบบด้วย)

ทั้งนี้ให้มีผลในการทำจ่ายงวดวันที่ 12 มีค.58 เป็นต้นไป
